Bookshelf to Couch, LLC awards continuing education (CE) credit on the basis of one CE credit per one hour of instructional time. No partial credit is awarded for partial attendance.
Monitoring Attendance
- For asynchronous/homestudy courses, the Learning Management System (LMS) tracks completion of course content in its entirety before the post-test unlocks.
- For pre-recorded webinar courses, participants must register for and complete viewing the recorded session in full via the link provided at purchase.
- All participants must pass the post-test with a minimum 75% score and complete the course evaluation form before a certificate is issued.
- Full attendance/completion is required to obtain a certificate; no credit is awarded for partial viewing.
Documentation of Attendance
Upon meeting the above requirements, the LMS issues a Certificate of Completion showing the participant’s name, activity title and date, number of CE credits/hours awarded, provider identification, and the APA approval statement.
Record Retention
Bookshelf to Couch, LLC retains records of CE credit awarded to each participant for a minimum of three years, stored securely in the LMS.
