Bookshelf to Couch, LLC wants participants to be satisfied with every program. The following policy is published on the Bookshelf to Couch website and is available to participants prior to enrollment.
On-Demand (Homestudy) Programs
Because these programs are delivered digitally and become available immediately upon purchase, a participant who has not yet accessed the course materials may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting registrar@bookshelftocouch.com. Once a participant has begun the program — that is, has accessed the recorded content or attempted the post-test — a refund is not available; however, the participant may request that the registration fee be applied as a credit toward another Bookshelf to Couch program.
Free Programs
No fee is charged and no refund applies.
Technical Difficulties
If a participant is unable to access or complete a program because of a technical problem attributable to Bookshelf to Couch that cannot be resolved, Bookshelf to Couch will provide a full refund or a credit toward another program, at the participant’s choice.
Grievance-Based Remedies
Where a complaint about a program is upheld under the organization’s Participant Complaint Procedure, remedies may include moving the participant to another program or providing a credit, as described in that procedure.
How to Request a Refund
Refund and cancellation requests may be submitted to registrar@bookshelftocouch.com or by telephone at 601-906-8066. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
